Shipping policy

 

TERMS OF TRANSPORTATION OF GOODS:

If you choose Transportation by us (Athens area and surrounding areas) the Goods are delivered inside the building in the Factory packaging. If you also wish to have assembly, ONLY after consultation and extra cost.
In case you choose delivery by us - through a Transport Company - throughout Greece, this includes the Transport of the goods to the Transport Company's HEADQUARTERS, or to the nearest city, and not necessarily to your premises, if it is located in a remote location or in an area not easily accessible by the Transport Company. The particularity of Greece (mountains, islands, small villages, etc.) does not always allow us to achieve the goal with the initial cost. Our goal is always to deliver to the Customer's headquarters. If this is not possible, you may be asked for an extra cost by the Transport Company, unless you collect from the Transport Company with your own means.
Delivery outside Athens concerns collection by you at the entrance of your headquarters and not internally. You arrange this with the Transport Company.
You can indicate your own Transport Company and we will deliver your goods there (at their headquarters in Athens), at your OWN cost.
In the case of import from a foreign country, the period required is from 20 to 80 days, with an average waiting time of 45 days.
The Courts of Athens are designated as competent for each Dispute.
Delivery and assembly ONLY apply if there is access to the premises. Ropes from terraces, etc. are not used. The customer must calculate the spaces and inform the Company, otherwise a lift must be used at the customer's expense or the customer must arrange for transportation, with a transport company of his choice. Otherwise, the Goods are delivered to the point where there is access or returned to the warehouses until their transportation is arranged again at the customer's expense. 

RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS:

Upon delivery, the Customer must INSPECT THE BOXES and NOT RECEIVE DAMAGED OR TORN BOXES without finally CHECKING the condition of the goods before signing the delivery note. Specifically, the Customer must verify that:

the number of packages corresponds to that indicated on the attached delivery note;

the packaging is intact, neither damaged nor wet nor tampered with, and the contents are intact.

In the event that the Customer notices any anomalies, the delivery of the Products must be rejected or detailed reservations must be submitted in writing ON THE SHIPPING NOTE.

Once the Customer signs the delivery note without "reservation", he will not be able to dispute the external condition of the delivered Product. Issues regarding the integrity, correspondence or completeness of the Products received must be notified within three (3) days of delivery.

sofa-bed-futon, reserves the right to deliver the Products via the carrier chosen by the Customer.

Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made at street level.

The specific terms and conditions of delivery must be agreed in advance between the Customer and sofa-bed-futon and accepted.

In case of assembly - assembly by us, the space must be free of the customer's old furniture or the business must have been notified in advance.
