Refund policy

The deposit is NOT refundable on goods that require an order, mattresses or special constructions. Also, returns of goods that have been inspected and received by the Customer are NOT accepted.

Returns with torn boxes, assembled furniture, without the Documents you received and in general, WITHOUT notifying the Company are NOT accepted. In case you contact the Company for a return, you must:

To be eligible for a return, if approved by the Company and ONLY if:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• All original packaging, manuals and accessories must be included
• The product must be shipped in the original box-packaging.

The request must be made WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt.
• If your product arrived on a pallet, keep it, for return use.
The Return, if it is AGREED, must be made in UNINTACT PACKAGING and with FULL DOCUMENTS.
THE RETURN COSTS ARE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER ONLY.

Returns must be approved and packaged carefully. Damage caused by improper repackaging may affect the return process.

To place an order - if you have any issues, please resolve them first, because no returns are accepted once the company has shipped your order to its overseas warehouse or another factory:
Contact our customer service team if you need additional product details (measurements, finishes, materials, or color instructions). We will be happy to assist you - especially since customers are responsible for return shipping and restocking fees may apply.

NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN SINCE THE COMPANY IS OPERATES WITH CUSTOMER ORDERS AND HAS A PHYSICAL STORE TO INSPECT THE PRODUCTS PRIOR TO YOUR ORDER. THE COMPANY OPERATES WITH ORDERS AND NOT "STOCK", THEREFORE EACH PURCHASE MEANS AN ORDER IN THE CORRESPONDING FACTORY AROUND E.U.-"SPECIAL ORDER" OR "SIZES OF MATTRESS" OR "SIZES OF SOFA" ETC.
THE ONLY THING THAT CAN BE DONE -IF- THERE IS AN ISSUE from the side of the Customer AND ONLY IF THE COMPANY IS IN A POSITION TO DO SO, without economic damage, IS TO EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT WITH ANOTHER ONE OF COMPARABLE VALUE FOR A PERIOD TO BE AGREED BETWEEN THE 2 PARTIES (CUSTOMER-COMPANY) AND IF DELIVERY HAS NOT BEEN MADE.


In the case of import from a country, the period required is from 20 to 100 days, with an average waiting time of 45 days. Please take this into account BEFORE placing your order, because Orders that have already been sent to Foreign Companies are NOT canceled, even if there is the delay mentioned above.


The Courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.


Delivery and assembly shall ONLY apply if there is access to the premises. Ropes from terraces, etc. shall not be used. The Customer must calculate the premises and have informed the Company, otherwise a lift must be used at the customer's expense or the customer must arrange for transport with a transport company of his choice. Otherwise, the Goods shall be delivered to the point where there is access or returned to the warehouses until their transport is re-arranged at the customer's expense.
NO CHANGES shall be made to "OFFER-STOCK" products.
In the event of assembly - assembly by us, the premises must be free of the customer's old furniture or the Company must have been notified in advance. 

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”), the Customer classified as a “consumer” has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a clear notice within and at the latest within the aforementioned period, using, for example, the following channels:

Consequences of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal, the Customer will receive a refund exclusively for the cost of the Product, excluding any initial shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the Customer.

The refund will be made only after receipt of the returned Product and verification of its full integrity and conformity (original packaging, absence of damage or signs of use). In case of damage, use or non-compliant return, the refund may be reduced proportionally to the reduction in the value of the product or may not be accepted.

The refund will be processed without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of confirmation of correct receipt and verification of the Product. The same payment method used will be used
