Or by New Agreement with the Transport Company - if this is possible.

The Transport Company delivers to your ENTRANCE-sidewalk and is not required to go up floors or enter courtyards, etc.
Anything else can only be agreed between the Customer and the Carrier, at your own risk or cost.
