Comfort Futon

Futon mattress. Handmade with cotton cover. Futon mattresses have a centuries-old tradition and are made in the traditional way 100% by hand. They are suitable for people with back and general spine problems or even for overweight people, because they do not contain springs and other materials.

Our Comfort futon is a 15 cm thick cotton bed mattress with a PU foam core. By adding 5-10% polyester to our cotton, we ensure that our futons are denser and thicker than traditional Japanese futon bedding. However, it still inherits all the good qualities of a traditional Japanese futon. The Comfort futon will provide you with medium-firm sleeping comfort. The cotton in the futon will adapt to the contours of your body and support it, and the foam core will isolate light movements.

Please note that all of our futon products are handmade, so you may notice slight differences in size and weight.

Care

The fabric is made of 100% cotton. It is not waterproof. If necessary, use a dry cloth to wipe it.

We take care not to get the mattress wet. We do not place hot objects on the mattress. We use a protective waterproof mattress cover. We ventilate the room frequently.
Delivery

The Transportation (outside Athens) includes the transportation of the furniture to the headquarters of the Transport Company (CITY) or to your headquarters only when this is possible - due to distance, from their Warehouse. In places that are far from the City-Headquarters of the Transport Company, the collection is done by the Customer with his own means, from the headquarters of the Transport Company. Or by New Agreement with the Transport Company - if this is possible.

  • The Transport Company delivers to your ENTRANCE-sidewalk and is not required to go up floors or enter courtyards, etc.
  • Anything else can only be agreed between the Customer and the Carrier, at your own risk or cost.
  • You can also specify your own shipping company (at your own expense) and we will deliver your order to their warehouse in Athens, free of charge. In this case, select "Pickup from our headquarters" when you submit your order.
