And in special dimensions upon request (if possible) with a special extra charge (from + 30%). There will be a change in the appearance around the perimeter. Delivery time from 50-80 days. Ask us.

All tatami mats should be kept dry to prevent mold/mildew. We recommend that you only wipe your tatami with a slightly damp cloth and do not use harsh cleaning solutions or sweep along the weave of the tatami. Going against the weave direction can damage the tatami or push dirt into it. When vacuuming, make sure to select the weakest setting.

Tatami mats are sensitive to moisture, avoid leaving carpet or other covering material on top of a tatami as it creates a humid environment for mold. We recommend cleaning and airing the tatami every now and then. Dry and sunny days are the best for airing tatami mats.

The Transportation (outside Athens) includes the transportation of the furniture to the headquarters of the Transport Company (CITY) or to your headquarters only when this is possible - due to distance, from their Warehouse. In places that are far from the City-Headquarters of the Transport Company, the collection is done by the Customer with his own means, from the headquarters of the Transport Company. Or by New Agreement with the Transport Company - if this is possible.

• The Transport Company delivers to your ENTRANCE-sidewalk and is not required to go up floors or enter courtyards, etc.
• Anything else can only be agreed between the Customer and the Carrier, at your own risk or cost.
• You can also specify your own shipping company (at your own expense) and we will deliver your order to their warehouse in Athens, free of charge. In this case, select "Pickup from our headquarters" when you submit your order.
