Traditional Futon

Futon mattress. Traditional Japanese futon mattress. Still manufactured today with the traditional technique of centuries past. Mattress with a medium to hard feel. Sleep on natural materials, without synthetic substances and metals inside.

Futon mattresses support the spine and our body in general, more precisely, they do not contain metal parts (springs), nor chemicals (glues, etc.). Futon mattresses follow the tradition of hundreds of years of Japanese tradition and are made by hand using the old technique one by one.

You can add a topper for extra comfort while maintaining the Futon's support. Also complete with a waterproof cotton cover for longer life.

Care

The fabric is made of 100% cotton. It is not waterproof. If necessary, use a dry cloth to wipe it.

We take care not to get the mattress wet. We do not place hot objects on the mattress. We use a protective waterproof mattress cover. We ventilate the room frequently.

Delivery

The Transportation (outside Athens) includes the transportation of the furniture to the headquarters of the Transport Company (CITY) or to your headquarters only when this is possible - due to distance, from their Warehouse. In places that are far from the City-Headquarters of the Transport Company, the collection is done by the Customer with his own means, from the headquarters of the Transport Company. Or by New Agreement with the Transport Company - if this is possible.

  • The Transport Company delivers to your ENTRANCE-sidewalk and is not required to go up floors or enter courtyards, etc.
  • Anything else can only be agreed between the Customer and the Carrier, at your own risk or cost.
  • You can also specify your own shipping company (at your own expense) and we will deliver your order to their warehouse in Athens, free of charge. In this case, select "Pickup from our headquarters" when you submit your order.
