Futon mattresses are the result of the work of our experienced employees. Thanks to them, customers receive a high-quality product and a neat finish.

As a result of use, the cotton in the mattress is compressed and may develop local depressions, which is a natural characteristic of all futons.

✔ The futon should be flipped once a month (head-to-toe and up-and-down), which will allow it to maintain its best shape and be manually "caressed" in all directions.

✔ It is also recommended to air the futon every 3-4 weeks, so that excess moisture can escape. The futon should be used on a bed base or tatami mats, which provide access to air from below. For better ventilation, it is worth leaving the mattress uncovered during the day.

✔ The futon should not be cleaned with water. It cannot be washed or soaked. Minor dirt can be removed by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.

The Transportation (outside Athens) includes the transportation of the furniture to the headquarters of the Transport Company (CITY) or to your headquarters only when this is possible - due to distance, from their Warehouse. In places that are far from the City-Headquarters of the Transport Company, the collection is done by the Customer with his own means, from the headquarters of the Transport Company. Or by New Agreement with the Transport Company - if this is possible.

The Transport Company delivers to your ENTRANCE-sidewalk and is not required to go up floors or enter courtyards, etc.
Anything else can only be agreed between the Customer and the Carrier, at your own risk or cost.
You can also specify your own shipping company (at your own expense) and we will deliver your order to their warehouse in Athens, free of charge. In this case, select "Pickup from our headquarters" when you submit your order.
